How it works:
The rates vary based on property size and location. I prefer to see satellite images of the area and get an idea how much time it will take me to thoroughly see all of the land and come up with a plan to base the price off of. Once you book a consultation I have a list of questions I like to ask to get a better understanding of your property and your goals. I tailor the plan based off of expected hunting pressure, which seasons you hunt, equipment you will have access to for food plot and land maintenance, your budget for improvment projects, etc... I cover things like bedding areas, TSI, food plot locations and plantings, stand placement and access routes, sanctuary areas, water holes, when to hunt certain stand locations and wind directions, mineral sites, funnels, etc.... Once I am done I go over the main areas and show you the ideas in person to make sure you understand the plan and the thought process behind it as well. After I leave I will send you a map within a few days to show the proposed improvements on the map as well as a list of notes that go over everything we talked about on the consultation as well as other things I think of while putting your plan together afterward. I encourage the client to reach back out to me as well after receiving the plan with any questions they have or if I need to explain anything further.
Our expertise:
I graduated Northeastern State University with a double major in biology & fish and wildlife. Most of my experience is from owning and/or managing properties all over Oklahoma. I have hunted many of the wma's across the state which gives me insight with the various habitats across the state of Oklahoma and how big bucks utilize each area.
I started Wildlife Unlimited LLC in 2016 and have been improving and managing properties ever since. Before that I had been planting food plots and tweaking various land management techniques on properties since 2007. Whitetail hunting is my passion, I’m constantly reading and researching techniques and best practices.
My goals:
My goal is to increase the carrying capacity of your land and stack the odds in your favor of harvesting the most mature buck on your property.
